Make a Claim

If you need to make a claim, simply call us on 0800 506 506 and we’ll help you through the process.

For repairs to your car:

1. We’ll send you a claim form for you to complete and return to us.
2. Or, you might prefer to download the relevant claim form. Once you have completed the details of your claim,
   you can either fax the form to us on fax (09) 438 1049, or post it to us at:
